|Featured Knife: Kauri Elk Skinner
|This elk skinner is made with D2 tool steel and features a
Kauri handle. Kauri is an ancient wood native to New
Zealand, dug up from swamplands. The tree this handle
came from radio carbon dated at 3,860 years old! Kauri
cannot legally be cut down and can only be harvested by
digging it up from the swamps.
